Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want NomadGrid Pro to deliver real value. If it does not, here is exactly how refunds and cancellations work.

1. Cancellation

  • Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the paid period; no pro-rated refund is issued.
  • After the paid period ends, your account reverts to the free tier. Your data (favorites, trip plans) is retained.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Monthly plan ($10): refund available within 7 days of the initial purchase if you have not used Pro-exclusive features (comparison of 3+ cities, AI Advisor beyond 3 queries).
  • Annual plan ($84): refund available within 14 days of the initial purchase, regardless of usage. After 14 days, no refund is issued for the current term.
  • Founding Lifetime ($199): refund available within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days this is non-refundable.
  • Renewal charges (monthly, annual): refund available within 7 days of the renewal charge if you have not used Pro features since that charge.

3. How to Request

Email support@nomadgrid.app with the email address on your account and the approximate charge date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe.

4. Exceptions

  • Promotional or discounted purchases may be non-refundable.
  • If we detect fraud, chargeback abuse, or terms violation, we may refuse a refund request.

5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction (e.g. the 14-day EU right of withdrawal, the Japan Act on Specified Commercial Transactions).
